1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ritually ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Ritually is a habit tracking application that allows users to create, track, and share personal rituals and habits with friends and family. The App provides both free and premium subscription features.

3. Ritually Pro Subscription

Ritually offers an auto-renewable subscription service called "Ritually Pro" with the following plans:

Monthly Plan: $1.99 per month, billed monthly
Annual Plan: $19.00 per year, billed annually

3.1 Subscription Terms

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3.2 Pro Features

Ritually Pro subscribers receive:

Unlimited shared rituals (free users are limited to 1 shared ritual)
Ability to track habits with unlimited friends
Priority customer support

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and data you create in the App (rituals, check-ins, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

Violates these Terms or applicable laws
Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
For any other reason at our discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the App will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RITUALLLY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Refunds

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. For subscription refunds, please contact Apple Support directly through your App Store account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
