Ritually is a habit tracking application that allows users to create, track, and share personal rituals and habits with friends and family. The App provides both free and premium subscription features.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policies. For subscription refunds, please contact Apple Support directly through your App Store account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
